A study on improving college students' interpersonal communicative skills

This thesis proposes that college students at different levels and ages should be given focused and intensive training in order to master the ＂four principles＂and ＂four dimensions＂in social relation and command the flexible application of these skills for the purpose of improving their interpersonal communicative competence and building an harmonious interpersonal environments.By adopting this educational method,we can care for college students＇ physiology and mentality and eventually promote an all-round development of these students.
