| 摘 要： | 通过在蟾蜍离体心脏中加入石斛乙醇提取液的方法,观察和分析石斛提取物对离体心脏的作用。结果表明石斛提取物：①能使心电幅值增大,心肌收缩力明显增强;②能明显使心率减慢,但是对延缓离体心脏衰竭的影响并没有显著效果;③具有一定的抗凝血作用。 |

| Abstract: | Through adding ethanol extract of Dendrobium to the toad heart in vitro, We have observed and analyzed the effect of ethanol extract of Dendrobium on heart in vitr. The result shows that ethanol extract of Dendrobium： ①to make the amplitude of myocardioelectrieity inerease;②to make heart rate decrease obviously, but have no remarkable effect on delaying heart failure;③to have some anticoagulative action. |
