摘    要:“焊接工程是核电的生命工程”。为解决国产多功能焊机在严酷的核电施工环境下的可靠性和综合使用性能问题,采用基于ARM的占先式嵌入式控制系统,结合软开关高频逆变技术,实现逆变焊机的数字化控制和功率器件的绿色化开关,进一步提高系统的可靠性和动态响应能力;通过对电源输出特性的优化设计,实现直流/脉冲输出,提高一次引弧成功率,改善引弧及焊接性能,提高焊接质量,满足核电建设的需要。

Abstract:The quality of the welding engineering of the nuclear power plant takes great effect on its normal and long time operation. To solve the reliability and onsite operation performance of the domestic multi-function welding machines under the severe construction environment, the high frequency soft-switching technology and ARM embedded control system are adopted to realize the digital control of the welding inverter and the soft energy transfer of the IGBT circuit by which the reliability and dynamic response capability can be improved. Through optimization design of the output character, the DC/Pulse output function can be obtained easily and the success rate of the arc striking can be improved which can improve the welding quality in the welding process. The experiment results indicate that this welding inverter possesses the anticipant functions and can basically fulfill the demand of the nuclear power plant construction.
