高技术企业人才资源的模糊综合评价

摘    要:科学计量企业人才资源的价值,合理的配置人才资源,是企业实施人力资源战略和提升竞争力的迫切需要。由于人的复杂性、信息的模糊性、信息的不完全性决定了人才的评价和选择具有复杂性,这种复杂系统的决策问题属于多因素、多层次决策问题,本文给出了基于模糊层次分析法的高技术企业人才综合评价模型,为高技术企业的人才综合评判提供了一种科学的决策方法。

Abstract:It is highly urgent for enterprises to scientifically measure the value of the enterprise talent resources and to reasonably configure the talent resources in order to carry out the personnel resource strategy and to promote the competitveness.As the complicatedness of the human beings and the fuzzy and incomplete information determine the complicated nature of the talent evaluation and selection,the decision-making of such complicated systems is due to various factors and different-layers of decision-making of such complicated systems is due to various factors and different-layers of decision-making.This paper put forwards the overall evaluation model of the hi-tech enterprise talents based on the fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process as well as research examples in this regard.It provides a scientific decision-making method for the overall evaluation of the hi-tech enterprise talents.
