| 摘 要： | 利用脉搏波中提取的信息来诊断动脉硬化越来越受到重视.针对目前国内脉搏波信息检测中存在的问题,采用指端容积脉搏波测量法设计了指端脉搏波检测系统,实现了基于指套式红外传感器的脉搏波采集,设计了对脉搏波信号进行滤波及特征点提取的软件.实验结果表明,该检测系统可以无创采集并描绘人体指端脉搏波图,能够用硬度指数简单评价血管的动脉硬度程度.

| Abstract: | Arteriosclerosis detecting by informations picked up from the pulse wave becomes important.An arteriosclerosis diagnose system is designed using the photo plethysmograph.The system can acquire the digital pulse wave and calculate the stiffness index.The experiment results show that this system is a reliable,non-invasive measure of digital pulse wave,and can evaluate the degree of arteriosclerosis by the stiffness index. |
