中日两国在双边关系中的主动与被动

新中国成立以来，在中日关系发展的不同阶段，中国一直处于主动地位，积极推动双边关系的发展。而日本则时而主动，时而被动，时而同时具有主动与被动的两面性。要使中日关系朝着友好合作伙伴的方向健康发展，同需两国的积极主动。

Sino-Japannese Activity and Passivity

Since the foundation of China,during the different stages of sino-Japanese relationship,China has been in the active position to promote the bilateral relationship.But Japan was passive sometimes,active sometimes,and was active and passive sometimes.If we want to make the Sino-Japanese relationship to a friendly,cooperative and healthy one,active promotion of two countries is needed.
