| 摘 要： | 笔者采用教学实验的方法，将“导学—学导”式教学法在艺术体操中进行实验研究．结果表明；“导学—学导”教学法符合艺术体操动作技术形成的特点，能使学生较快地掌握艺术体操的基本动作和技术，调动了学生的学习主动性，提高了自学能力和教学效果。

| Abstract: | Method of Teacher-demonstration-Student-Follw & Question-Answer has beenapplied to teaching Art Gym Exercises. Though in experimental stage, ithas gained good re-sult. Obviously this metod can decelop the sports skill, inspire student's motivation, andpromote teaching effects. |
