基于顶层设计的上海城管行政执法电子政务平台的研究

上海城管行政执法电子政务系统的设计需要解决的4个核心问题包括功能模型、信息模型、物理模型、通讯模型。首先对上海城管行政执法的现状进行了分析,然后以顶层设计理念为基础,设计了上海城管行政执法电子政务平台的总体框架及其具体内容。

Research on Top-layer Design Method-Based E-Government Platform for Shanghai City Management and Administrative Execution Bureau

The e-government platform for Shanghai City Management and Administrative Execution Bureau is faced with four core problems: functional architecture, information architecture, physical architecture and communication architecture. At first, this paper analyzes the law-executing status of Shanghai City Management and Administrative Execution Bureau. Then, based on top-layer design method, this paper proposes the general framework and specific contents of the e-government platform for Shanghai City Management and Administrative Execution Bureau.
