| 摘 要： | 为分析ING5的表达与食管鳞状细胞癌的发生之间的联系,在不同分期的食管鳞癌患者的癌组织中,通过RT-PCR的方法对ING5的表达水平进行检测.结果发现,RT-PCR检测到食管鳞癌组织ING5mRNA表达下调,ING5mRNA表达的下调可能与食管鳞癌的发生密切相关.

| Abstract: | To analyze the link between ING5 expression and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma occurrence.In different stage of patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma cancer tissue,the expression level of ING5 detected by RT-PCR method.The result shown that ING5 mRNA expression in esophageal carcinoma has down in RT-PCR detected results.ING5 mRNA downregulation may be closely related to the incidence of esophageal cancer. |
