预制高强混凝土薄壁钢管桩抗弯试验与数值模拟

摘    要:预制高强混凝土薄壁钢管桩(TSC桩)是通过在钢管内部离心浇注混凝土而制成的管桩,其在受力和施工方面有诸多优点.为了研究该类管桩的极限抗弯承载力及其破坏机理,对3根直径800mm、长10m的TSC桩进行了抗弯试验,并对加载过程中的变形和破坏情况进行了监测.试验结果表明,TSC桩的抗弯能力较高,且在弯矩作用下有着很好的延性.同时利用有限元分析软件,考虑了材料的非线性以及钢管对混凝土的约束强化作用,对抗弯试验进行了全过程数值模拟,计算结果与试验结果吻合良好,验证了通过有限元分析来计算TSC桩抗弯承载力的方法是可靠的.

Abstract:Precast thin-wall steel and spun concrete composite pile (TSC pile) is made of centrifugal casting concrete inside the steel pipe, which has many advantages in terms of force and construction. In order to study the ultimate flexural capacity and failure mechanism of such piles, three TSC piles, diameter of 800 mm and length of 10 m, are tested for flexural capacity, and the deformation and failure situation in the loading process are monitored. The test results show that TSC piles have high flexural capacity and good ductility under the bending moment. Besides, considering the nonlinear properties of materials as well as the strengthening effect of steel pipe on concrete, finite element analysis software is used to simulate the bending test, and the results are in good agreement with the test, which verifies that the FEA method is reliable to calculate the flexural capacity of TSC pile.
