| 摘 要： | 随着复杂性理论与组织科学交叉研究的发展,复杂性理论与知识管理的综合研究也进入了人们的视野。先阐述了第二代知识管理出现的背景;再比较了第二代与第一代知识管理的区别;然后探讨了第二代知识管理是如何与复杂性理论融合在一起的,包括其蕴含的系统观,系统方法论,以及复杂适应系统理论的思想。

| Abstract: | The complexity theory has penetrated into the research of knowledge management.The emergence background of the second generation knowledge management(SGKM)is discussed.The differences between the first generation knowledge management and the second generation knowledge management are investigated;Finally,the integration between the SGKM and complexity theory is analyzed,including the systems viewpoint of SGKM,the systems methodologies to SGKM,and its relationship with Complex Adaptive Systems theory. |
