摘    要:本文采用双波长法激励金属膜表面等高子激元波的ATR吸收峰,在非线性最小二乘曲线拟合下,同时确定出了金属膜厚度与光学常数。

Abstract:In this paper,the surface plasma wave(SPW)on the interface of metal-air were excited by using the angle scaning ATR method with two wavelength and the thickness and optical constants of metal film were determinated by the nonlinear least squares curve-fitting method.
