| 摘 要： | 本文采用双波长法激励金属膜表面等高子激元波的ＡＴＲ吸收峰，在非线性最小二乘曲线拟合下，同时确定出了金属膜厚度与光学常数。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the surface plasma wave(SPW)on the interface of metal-air were excited by using the angle scaning ATR method with two wavelength and the thickness and optical constants of metal film were determinated by the nonlinear least squares curve-fitting method. |
