| 摘 要： | 本首先从理论的角度分析了城市RBD的内涵，紧接着对城市RBD的形成条件，以及开封御街培育成为城市RBD条件进行了深入的分析，结果认为御街完全具备培育成为城市RBD的条件和优势。在此基础上，章系统地研究了将御街培育为城市RBD的路径。

| Abstract: | The paper analyses the connotations and the formation requirements of the City RBD,and at the same time,analyses the requirements of the Kaifeng Emperor's Street to develop into RBD,and the conclusion is that the Emperor's Street has the reasonable conditions and advantages to become RBD.The paper analyses the Development Ways of the Kaifeng Emperor's Street developing into RBD based on the former research. |
