直喷式柴油机伞形喷射混合气形成与燃烧过程研究

摘    要:在一台中速直喷式柴油机上,通过高速纹影照相技术直接观察了三种典型伞喷油嘴的喷雾发展及混合气形成过程,分析了不同孔径和不同喷射锥角对油束特性,油束着壁,混合气形成和发展过程的影响,在实机运转条件下,采用AVL657燃烧分析仪测取了示功图,并给出了放热率曲线和燃烧性能参数,对这三种典型伞喷油嘴的燃烧放热特点进行了较深入的分析。

Abstract:The author investigates the fuel-air mixture formation and combustion process of a new way of conical spray in a D. I.diesel engine. The fuel spray characteristics , the fuel jet impingement fuel-air mixture formation and development of three different construction conical injectors are directly observed and analysed by technique of high speed schlieren photography. The combustion and heat release process of the three injectors are also studied under engine running conditions. The heat release rate curves and combustion characteristic parameters of the three injectors are measured.
