| 摘 要： | 建立复方丹参黄芪注射液中有效成分原儿茶醛的含量控制方法，在十八烷基键合硅胶柱上，以甲醇－0.01mol/l的磷酸二氢钾（pH=4.6)(15:85)为流动相，检测波长281nm，测定结果显示，本方法简便快捷重现性好，可做为复方丹参黄芪注射液的质量控制。
