基于SolidWorks流体仿真的排气箱结构改进设计

摘    要:排气箱在井下辅助运输车辆中具有关键的作用,其原理是利用排气箱中的水降低排气的温度,使其到达井下使用要求。主要介绍了通过SolidWorks中的Flow Simulation软件,分析排气箱结构改进对气体的流动轨迹产生的影响,使其结构更有利于减少废气排出时水分的流失。

Abstract:Fume cupboard plays a key role in the mine auxiliary transportation vehicle, its principle is reducing exhaust tem-perature by using water in fume cupboard, which make its reach use requirement under the shaft. In this paper, the author mainly introduced impact of structure improvement of fume cupboard on flow path of gas through the Flow Simulation soft-ware of SolidWorks, which realized reduction of loss of waste gas from the moisture.
