| 摘 要： | 冲天炉是熔炼铸铁件的主要设备。当愈来愈多性能优良的合金铸铁从实验室走向生产应用的时候，人们关注到铁水的熔炼质量是关系成果转化的成败关键。从合金铸铁件生产工艺对熔炼质量提出的要求出发，以焦炭燃烧模型、链式反应为切入点［１］，提出：只有大力推广铸造焦的使用，才能加速实验室成果向生产应用的转化速率，才能得到生产条件下的优质合金铸铁件。

| Abstract: | The cupola is a min kind of melting equipment. When more and more alloy cast iron of a good property is applied, enhancing melting quality is a key to successful application. Advancing a model and chain reaction of coke combustion, the paper points: Only by increasing the application of cupola coke, the achievement can be turned into a rapid use from laboyatory to works and fine castings under production conditions can thus be obtained. |
