关于职业教育选择策略的若干基础分析

随着市场经济体制的不断完善,职业教育日显其供给的多样化。人们在习惯了接受一种终结式的职业教育之后,开始面对多样化,面对选择。由于选择的存在,必然会存在风险、收益、成本,必然会存在选择的合理性。本文站在接受职业教育主体的角度,试图从人力资本投资的视点,从人才需求变化的视点,从人的适应性、个体特性的视点,对职业教育选择策略作一些基础的分析。

Basically Analyzing the Strategies of the Vocational Education Selection

As the forward field in market economy, vocational education is more diversifiable in supply. After being used to accepting a kind of vocational education with no choice, people have to face choices and diversities. There are choices, there must be risks, profit, and cost, also there must be rationalization in choice. In this paper, from the angle of a subject in accepting vocational education, the author attempts to basically analyze the strategies of the vocational education selection at the view of investment in human capital,of variations in personnel demand, and of adaptability and personality.
