钝顶螺旋藻蛋白质提取工艺参数线性拟合与最优决策

摘    要:采用动态规划和回归分析的理论与方法 ,对钝顶螺旋藻蛋白质的提取过程及其工艺参数进行线性拟合 .通过建立回归数学模型及优化处理 ,确定生产螺旋藻蛋白质最佳工艺条件 .其结果比传统工艺缩短生产周期 ,节省成本 ,提高生产能力 ,改善产品质量 ,蛋白质总提取率达 93.1% .

Abstract:This paper deals with the extraction process and technology parameters for spirulina platensis protein. As a result, the linear imitations were conducted, the mathematical models were set up and the optimization problem was solved by using optimization theory and method of dynamic state project and regress analysis. At last the optimum technology conditions were determined for reference in the production of spirulina platensis protein. The results showed that comparing to the conventional method, this technology greatly shortened the production cycle, significantly saved the cost of production, raise the output of production and improved the quality of products. The total yield of protein extraction went up to 93.1 %.
