激光超声系统的定标

摘    要:介绍激光超声的发展概况、物理机理、应用、接收以及实验的装置和所用的超声探头的设计;用铜和铝作为系统定标的材料,测定了超声纵波的声速;对所得结果进行了分析讨论.发现用激光超声测定声速的时候,对于特定的材料,一定的厚度和合适的光斑大小对于减小实验误差是非常重要的.

Abstract:The outline, mechanism, application, reception of laser ultrasonic, as well as the equipment and the design of our ultrasonic transducer, are introduced. By the use of Cu and M, the materials of calibration, we measured the velocity of ultrasonic wave and analyzed the results. As for certain material, we found that corresponding thickness and proper dimension of spot were necessary for accurately determining ultrasonic velocity.
