| 摘 要： | 当前我国的高等教育处于大规模发展的扩招阶段,高等教育正在由精英教育走向大众化教育,其方向无疑是正确的,然而扩招的基础较薄弱,存在的问题较多.对实现高教大众化的趋势、基础、条件问题和高校扩招后影响质量的一些问题进行了简要分析,提出了适度扩招以保证质量的主张.

| Abstract: | At the present, it is undoubtedly right that our high education has been developing in a large scale towards the expansion of the amount of freshmen, whose process is developing from education of students with excellent credits to the popular education. There are many short points on the bases of the expansion, however. After analyzing the tendency, bases, condition of popular higher education, and the environment of expansion affecting the quality of higher education, it suggestes the views of moderate expansion and controlling education quality. |
