废啤酒酵母吸附水中苯酚的性能及机理

摘    要:以啤酒废酵母为材料吸附水溶液中苯酚,考察了溶液pH值、盐浓度、吸附时间对吸附的影响,结果表明:啤酒废酵母吸附苯酚的平衡时间为2 h,在较宽的pH值范围内对苯酚的吸附性能良好,等温曲线符合L angm u ir模式,最大吸附量为108.34 m g/g,高盐浓度对苯酚的吸附有阻碍作用.啤酒废酵母能较好地吸附废水中的苯酚,可望在苯酚废水处理中得到实际应用.

Abstract:Brewing yeast was investigated as the adsorbent for removal of phenol in aqueous solution under different conditions.The adsorbent showed good adsorption performance in a wide range of pH with the equilibrium reached in 2 h.The experimental data for the biosorption processes were well fitted with Langmuir isotherm model.The maximum adsorption capacity of brewing yeast was 108.34 mg/g.High salt concentration was found to interfer with the adsorption.The results indicated that brewing yeast is a potentially e...
