位置伺服系统中的滑模控制

摘    要:本文运用变结构控制理论,给出了用于一类位置伺服系统的滑模控制方案。针对具体的数控机床进给系统,进行了数字仿真研究。仿真结果表明:所设计的滑模控制器具有鲁棒性强、结构简单、易于实现的优点。

Abstract:The sliding mode control of variable structure for a positional servo system based on the Variable Structure Control Theory is proposed. The design procedures for variable structure controllers are given and it is shown that the system is capable of keeping itself insersitive to parameter variation and external disturbance once in sliding mode motion. The mechanical characteristics have been investigated together with the electrical characteristics of a specific NC machine feed drive system. The mechanical parameters are obtained by means of system identification. Some simple sliding mode controllers have been designed and their dynamic behaviours compared. It is shown by simulation that the control system is simple in structure and easy to work out by microprocessors.
