| Abstract: | The traditional horse-step method can not construct 6k＋3 or 4k order perfect magic squares. A new method based on the traditional horse-step method, called general horse-step method which is suitable for all odd orders and 4k orders was proposed, and the necessary and sufficient condition was given. |
