使君子叶和枝中总黄酮含量的测定

摘    要:利用索氏提取法提取使君子叶和枝中的黄酮类化合物,正交法选择显色剂体系Na—NO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH的浓度,以芦丁为对照品,用分光光度法测定其中的总黄酮含量.回归方程4=11.4486C-0.00543,相关系数r=0.9996,实验结果表明,本法操作简便,重现性好,结果可靠.

Abstract:The total flavonoids in Quisgualis indica were determined by spectrophotometry at 500rim with rutin standard and NaNO2-Al (NO3)3-NaOH system. The regression equation was A=11.4486C-0.00543, r=0.9996. The method is simple, reproducible and suitable for the determination of total flavones.
