摘    要:为寻求简便、快捷的水中F^-含量的测定方法,文章研究了氟离子溶液与锆的邻氯苯基荧光酮配合物的褪色光度法测定F^-含量的条件,以及共存离子的干扰。结果表明,在0。146mo1·L^-HC1介质中,有氯化十六烷基吡啶存在时,锆与邻氯苯基荧光酮形成桔黄色的化合物,最大吸收波长为528nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=4.3×10^5·L·mol^-1·cm^-1。在25mL溶液中加入F^-量为2-20μg时发生的褪色反应遵守比耳定律。常见离子干扰实验表明,除Fe^3+、N03^-,Bi^3+干扰较为显著外,多数离子不发生干扰。模拟含氟水溶液测定结果表明,该方法灵敏度高,选择性好,可以得到满意的效果。

Abstract:To find the easer and more simple method for determination of F^-, the decoloring reaction of fluorine ion solu tion with zirconium neighboring chlorine benzyl fluorescence alkone was studied in this article. Results indicated that with 0.146 mol·L-^-1 HC1 as medium, zirconium and neighboring chlorine benzyl fluorescence alkone will form an orange yellow compound while the chlorination hexadecyl pyridine exists. The maximum absorption wave length λmax is 528 nm, the apparent mole extinction coeffieienteis 4.3×10^5 L·mol^-1· cm^-1. With the concentration of 2-20 μg of F^- in 25 mL solu- tion, the decloring reaction obeys the Beer law. Common ion interference experiments showed that most of the ions do not interfere with the reaction except Fe^3+, NO^3-, Bi^3+. The sensitivity and selectivity are good using this method to determine F^-, and satisfaction results can be obtained.
