安徽省高校艺术设计专业师资现状调查与分析

采用问卷调查、数理统计、访谈和逻辑分析等方法，对安徽省高校艺术设计专业师资现状进行研究。研究表明：在安徽省高校艺术设计专业教师中，35周岁以下的人数比例较大、主讲教师的人数比例偏低、高学历和高职称的人数比例极小、美术学及其他专业的人数比例偏高和来自省内综合院校的人数比例较高等结构不够合理现象。建议有关高校聘请社会上或其他学校一些行业专家、学术专家做客座教授或兼职教师，加大对高学历、高职称人才的引进力度，注重吸收省外综合院校和艺术类院校的毕业生，建立合理的劳务分配和人事管理激励机制等方面入手，切实改善艺术设计专业的师资现状。

Investigation and Analysis of the Status of Teaching Faculty of Artistic Design in Colleges and Universities of Anhui Province

Adopting questionnaire,statistics,interview and logic analysis,the paper tries to study the status of teaching faculty in artistic design in colleges and universities of Anhui Province.It has demonstrated that there still exists some unreasonable phenomena:the proportion of those below 35 relatively larger;that of the number of lecturers smaller,even the number of teachers with higher diploma and higher professional title minimal;while the proportion of the number of those majoring in art education and others and graduating from colleges and universities in Anhui province obviously higher.Thus,it also provides some suggestions with purpose to better teachers constitution of artistic design education:to invite some academic experts and professors acting as visiting professors or part-time faculty;heighten introducing of the talent with higher diploma and higher professional title,graduates from arts academy and universities of other provinces;establish reasonable labor assignment and personal administration incentive mechanism and so on.
