| 摘 要： | 本文针对国内小批量生产大、中模数硬齿面齿轮加工的需要,首次提出两圈完整齿刮削滚刀新结构.对这种结构的合理性、新形式焊接刀排机夹结构的可靠性、硬质合金牌号选择以及滚刀齿形设计和制造问题进行分析讨论,最后将M6滚刀的切齿试验结果作了介绍.

| Abstract: | To meet the requirement of the small butch production of gears, a new dasign for middle/large module two-circle single-thread skiving hob made with cemented carbides is suggested in the present paper. Also, this paper discusser the rationality of the new hob structure, the reliability of the new ciipinj method, for the hob Wades, the selection of cemcted carbides and the design of tooth profile for skiving hob. Finally, the results of cutting test of Me hob are introduced. |
