摘    要:针对经典“任务-平台”关系设计(task platform relation design, TPRD)中忽视了指挥控制(command and control, C2)组织所处战场环境不确定性的不足,研究了更符合作战实际的不确定性下C2 组织结构的“任务-平台”关系设计(task platform relation design under uncertainty, TPRDU)问题。考虑了使命成功不确定性、使命执行时间不确定性和平台的能力损耗不确定性,建立了以使命成功概率(mission success probability, MSP)最大为目标的机会约束规划模型。设计了用于求解该模型的分散搜索(scatter search, SS)算法,该算法在生成新解时采用平台冗余设计(platform redundancy design, PRD)策略。最后的计算实验表明了TPRDU问题的实际意义和分散搜索算法的有效性,并验证了PRD策略对MSP的提高作用。

Abstract:In view of the weaknesses of neglecting battlefield environment uncertainty of command and control (C2) organization in classical “task-platform” relation design (TPRD), a C2 organization structure “task-platform” relation design under uncertainty (TPRDU) is investigated to improve the practicality. TPRDU considers mission success uncertainty, mission time uncertainty and platform capability consumption uncertainty. 〖JP2〗A chance-constrained programming model with mission success probability (MSP) maximization objective for TPRDU is built and a scatter search (SS) algorithm to solve this model is designed. The SS algorithm uses the strategy of platform redundancy design (PRD) during generating the new solution. Finally, experimental results illustrate the practicality of TPRDU and the efficiency of SS, and validate that MSP can be improved through PRD strategy.
