在固定床中煤加压热解特性研究

摘    要:作者对小龙潭煤和义马煤在固定床中进行加压热解试验,分别用 N_2和 H_2作载气,对热解产生的焦油、热解气、热解水和残炭进行测定和分析。实验结果表明:煤在压力加氢热解(H_2压31kgf/cm~2)条件下与在 N_2气氛中加压热解(N_2压31kgf/cm~2)条件下比较,焦油产率分别提高100%(小龙潭煤)和77.9%(义马煤),焦油中酸性组分含量下降,热解气和热解水产率都有较大的增加,残炭产率有较大幅度的降低,

Abstract:Pressurized pyrolysis of coal produced in Xiaolongtan and Yima is car- ried out in fixed bed and N_2,H_2 are used as carrier gas respectively. Tar gas water and carbon residue from the pyrolysis are determined and analyzed accordingly.Findings from the research show:Under press- ure,hydrogenated(P_(H2)=31kgf/cm~2)pyrolysis increases the tar yield by 100%(Xiaolongtan coal)and 77.9%(Yima coal)against nitrogenated py- rolysis;the acidic portion in tar decreases while pyrolytic gas and wa- ter increase.Also a considerable decrease in carbon residue is observed with hydrogenated pyrolysis.
