摘    要:文章简要介绍了超长超宽大底盘多塔商住楼的整体结构构思、分析与对策。通过基础方案选定、上部结构抗震分析及裂缝控制计算 ,论证了超长超宽工程无永久缝设计的可行性 ,并为推广 U EA补偿收缩混凝土无缝设计施工技术应用提供了理论依据

Abstract:This paper briefly introduces the overall design of a superlong and superwide structure with multi-tower-building which has enlarged base at the bottom.The foundation project is carefully chosen, the seismic analysis of the upper structure is carried out, and the calculation of crack-leak control is also made. Then the feasibility of jointless design of the structure is discussed, and the UEA shrinkage-compensating concrete construction technology is applied in the project. More than two years observation after completion has shown that the design is safe and reliable. The present work may be a reference to similar structure design and construction.
