| 摘 要： | 目的：观察甘利欣治疗抗结核药药物性肝炎的临床疗效．方法：将48例抗结核药引起的药物性肝炎患者随机分成治疗组27例和对照组21例．治疗组给予甘利欣治疗4周，对照组给予能量合剂治疗4周，观察治疗前后临床症状和血生化指标的变化．结果：治疗组患者的临床症状和肝功能改善情况显著优于对照组（P〈0．05）．结论：甘利欣有很好的保肝、降酶作用，未见不良反应．

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of diammonium glycyrrhizinate in the treatment of drug-induced hepatitis caused by antiantituberculosis drugs. Methods： 48 patients with drug-induced hepatitis caused by antiantituberculosis drugs were randomly divided into treatment group （27 cases） and control group （21 cases）.Treatment group was treated with diammonium glycyrrhizinate for 4 weeks, control group was given energy mixture for 4 weeks, observing the changes of clinical symptoms and biochemical indexes before and after treatment. Results： The clinical symptoms and liver function improvement of treatment group were much better than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Diammonium glycyrrhizinate has a good liver protection and enzyme decreasing role, its adverse reactions are not found. |
