| 摘 要： | 应用加速疲劳试验方法和可靠性统计原理,研究了受三角冲击作用的舌针的疲劳失效。结果表明,舌针的冲击疲劳失效特征和寿命差异与针身的形状、针踵位置和针的重量等因素有关。

| Abstract: | The fatigue failure of knitting ktch needle, which is caused by impact action of cam, is investigated by means of the quick - fatigue test method and reliability statistics. The results indicate that the failure feature and fatigue Hfe bear a relation to shape of needle stem, position of needle butt, mass of needle and so on. |
