摘    要:在分析、比较了多种中草药提取物对脂肪酶的激活效率的基础上 ,作者用温和的生物工程手段 ,从中药紫花地丁中纯化得到高效的脂肪酶激活剂 ,当浓度达到 16 6 .6 7mg/ml,酶浓度为 40 mg/m l时 ,激活效率可达2 80 % .研究表明 ,此激活剂对脂酶具有竞争性与反竞争性的混合激活效应 ,并且该激活剂具有热稳定性 .在 p H =7.0的反应条件下 ,激活效率达到最高

Abstract:This article chiefly deals with the preparation of the activators to pancreatic lipase and their kinetic studies. Based on the analysis of many traditional Chinese herbal medicine which are effective in reducing liposemia, one efficient activator of lipase has been purified from herbs by mild biochemical techniques. It improves the activity of pancreatic lipase up to 280% as the concentration of 166.67 mg/ml. Kinetic studies indicate that the actwator pocesses competitive and anticompetitive activity. Its activity is stable under various temperature conditions and the strongest activation is obtained at pH 7.0.
