摘    要:分别以三聚氰胺和戊二醛改性壳聚糖,三价铬离子改性羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)制备了mCMC/Mel-CS双极膜.阴膜层经三聚氰胺改性后,离子交换容量增大、膜的交流阻抗降低.J-E工作曲线的测试结果表明,以该双极膜装配的电解槽工作电压较低.在40mA·cm-2的工作电流密度下,电解槽工作电压低于4.3 V.

Abstract:The chitosan(CS) anion layer was modified by glutaraldehyde and melamine,while the carboxy methyl cellulose sodium(CMC) cation layer was modified by Cr3+ to prepare the mCMC/Mel-CS bipolar membrane(BPM).After the modification by melamine in the anion layer,the ion exchange capacities,hydrogen ion(or hydroxide ion) transmigration rates were increased,and the impedances of the BPM were decreased.The cell working voltage equipped by the BPM is below down 4.3 V during the working current density 40 mA·cm-2.
