枪身弹性对机枪振动特性的影响研究

摘    要:在枪架的等效质量和等效刚度的基础上,研究枪身弹性对机枪系统振动特性的影响,探讨合理的动力匹配,以减小机枪射击时的振动,提高机舱的射击精度。采用传递矩阵法导出机枪系统固有振动的频率方程,并编制了相应的应用程序。对某机枪的固有基频的具体计算分析表明,此法得到的机枪系统固有振动的频率与实验实测频率更为接近。

Abstract:Based on the equivalent stiffnesses and the equivalent masses of tripod of machineguns,this paper studies the effect of barrel elasticity on the vibration characteristics of machineguns and probes into the reasonable power match in order to reduce the vibration of machineguns and to increase the accuracy of machineguns while shooting.The eigen frequency equation calculation obtained from the method of transfer matrix is programmed.The analysis of calculation of the fundamental frequencies of machineguns indicates that the frequencies of vibration charcteristics of machineguns obtained from this method are closer to the actual test frequencies of experiments.
