内超环面齿轮加工的根切问题研究

摘    要:根据超环面行星蜗杆传动的啮合关系,提出了内超环面齿轮的成型原理,建立了内超环面齿轮齿面加工的包络面方程.根据包络理论推导了内超环面齿轮的齿面根切界限函数,采用数值计算方法分析了内超环面齿轮齿面的根切情况,最后通过实际加工试验进行了验证.

Abstract:The machining method for tooth profiling of stationary internal toroidal gear is proposed based on the meshing relationship in toroidal drive system. The mathematical modeling of enveloping surface for the stationary internal toroidal gear is established. Based on the enveloping theory, the function of undercutting limit curve for the stationary internal toroidal gear machining is deduced. The undercutting chara|cteristic of the stationary internal toroidal gear is analyzed and finally this characteristic is verified via machining process.
