| 摘 要： | 土家族是我国55个少数民族之一,该民族大多分布于宜茶地区,因而土家人惯于种茶、制茶、饮茶、食茶,在其生活区域积淀了深厚的土家茶文化,长阳金福村就是这样一个典型。文章以金福村为例,分析了土家茶文化的丰富资源,强调了这些资源的开发利用价值,并在此基础上提出了有关土家茶文化的开发模式。

| Abstract: | Tujia is one of our 55 minorities, mainly in the tea-planting area. There is profound Tujia tea culture in the region because people there have been growing tea, making tea, drinking tea and even eating tea. Jinfu village in Chang Yang county is one such typical example and the author takes it to analyze the rich resource of Tujia tea culture and stresses the value of its development. Some modes of development have been put forward here. |
