摘    要:采用热重法和微分热重法研究了药物人工牛黄甲硝唑胶囊在空气流中的热稳定性,根据热分析实验数据,采用3种利用热分析获取动力学参数的方法(Coats-Redfern法、Kissinger法和Ozawa法),计算人工牛黄甲硝唑热分解反应活化能E及频率因子A,并进行比较.结果表明,采用不同的处理方法,得出的热分解动力学参数不同,...

Abstract:Thermogravimetry(TG) and differential thermogravimetry(DTG) technique were performed to study the thermal stabilities of Galculus Bovis and Metronidazole Capsules in atmosphere.Based on the thermal analysis data,three methods(Coats Redfern,Kissinger and Ozawa) were used to determine the kinetic parameters including activation energy E and frequency factor A.The results indicated that the kinetic parameters obtained by different method were different,and the thermal analysis was a quick,scientific and economical method to study the thermal stabilities of drugs and predict the shelf time of drugs.
