摘    要:职业生涯规划有助于青年员工确立正确的职业目标,激发员工的发展潜能,更好地认识自我、完善自我、实现自我。同时,职业生涯规划能帮助企业制定更科学的人才战略规划、更好地留住人才、提升员工素养。职业生涯规划应把服务企业发展和实现人的全面发展作为出发点、落脚点,积极运用先进的指导理论。应把职业生涯规划作为企业人力资源管理的重要组成内容,进一步更新观念、健全机构,搭建丰富多彩的活动载体,确保收到实效。

Abstract:Career planning helps young staffs to establish proper career goals, motivate potential for development and achieve self-growth, self-improvement and self-realization. What’s more, the staff career planning helps enterprises to work out more scientific talent strategic planning, retain more talents, and upgrade the competence of the staff. Career planning should regard serving enterprises and promoting the staff all-round development as the starting point and the final aim point. Career planning is an important component of the human resource management and enterprises need to update concepts, establish sound institutions and organize various activities to ensure the efficiency.
