硅粉路面混凝土强度特性

摘    要:掺加矿物细掺料———硅粉是提高路面混凝土使用性能的有效途径。针对重载交通特点,运用正交试验方法,系统研究了硅粉路面混凝土的强度特性,分析了硅粉对混凝土强度的影响,并确定了最优配合比。结果表明,硅粉的掺入虽然对混凝土早期强度不利,但有利于后期强度的提高。在最优配合比条件下,硅粉路面混凝土28d的抗折强度达8.30MPa,而抗压强度达60.83MPa,完全能满足重载交通的要求。

Abstract:The use of silica fume as a mineral fine admixture to cement concrete is an effective way to improve the service performance of pavement concrete. Considering the characteristic of heavy load traffic, orthogonal experiment method is used to research the strength property of silica fume-added pavement concrete. The influence of silica fume to concrete strength is analyzed and the optimum mix ratio is also determined. The results show that although the adding of silica fume has disadvantageous influence to the early strength of concrete, it would be advantageous to the improvement of its long-term strength under conditions of optimum mix ratio, 28 day rapture strength of silica fume-added pavement concrete can reach 8.30 MPa and its compressive strength can reach 60.83 MPa, which will fully meet the requirements of heavy load traffic.
