食管癌血清免疫球蛋白检测

摘    要:为了解食管贲门癌患者血清免疫球蛋白含量的水平,我们对100例经病理确诊的食管贲门癌患者血清免疫球蛋白进行检测,同时和健康人组比较,结果表明:患者血清免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA,均比健康人组为低;前者有显著性差异、后者有非常显著性差异,IgM接近健康人组,无显著性差异.因此在食管贲门癌综合治疗时,增强患者免疫功能的措施是必要的.在老年人如细胞免疫和体液免疫功能低下,不但容易引起感染而且可能是癌症的易感者.

Abstract:100 patients with esophageal and cardiac carcinoma were surveyed to determine the level of their serum immunoglobulins. The results showed that the levels of both IgG and IgA in these patients were lower than those in the normal group, the former having significant difference while the latter having very significant difference. The level of IgM in these patients was close to that in the normal group, without significant difference. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the immunity of these patients by combined therapy. Old people, with low cellular immunity and humoral immunity, tend to develop not only infection but also cancer.
