| 摘 要： | 施工项目进度控制同投资控制及质量控制一样，是项目施工中的控制重点之一。科学的施工进度控制是保证施工项目按期完成，合理安排资源供应、节约工程成本的重要措施。而工程项目施工进度计划的动态控制常采用横道图与网络图两种方法。
