摘    要:人文素养是教师专业成长中的核心要素,决定着教师的专业知识、专业技能和专业态度的质量与水平。教师人文素养的基本构架包括人文知识、人文精神、人文方法。培育人文素养大略有三种途径:创设人文校园、阅读文化经典和躬行教学实践。

Abstract:Humanistic quality is the central factor in teachers'professional growth, which is the determinant on the quality and level of teachers" professional knowledge, skills and attitude. Teachers'humanistic quality has the main framework of humanistic knowledge, spirit and method, which could be fostered mostly in three means, namely, creating humanistic campus, reading humanistic classics and carrying out teaching practice.
