基于AFS与DYC的车辆侧风稳定性控制研究

摘    要:为了研究提高高速车辆侧风稳定性的主动控制方法,建立了考虑侧风作用下的车辆八自由度非线性动力学模型,采用基于分段线性轮胎特性二自由度模型作为参考模型,分别设计了多柔性PID主动前轮转向(AFS)和LQR最优控制直接横摆力矩控制(DYC),对比分析了在两种典型工况下,两种不同主动控制方法对高速车辆侧风稳定性的控制效果.研究结果表明:侧风直线行驶工况下DYC操作性、稳定性、轨迹保持能力方面均优于AFS,纵向动力学性能方面AFS优于DYC;侧风前轮转角正弦输入工况下AFS与DYC在操作性、稳定性、轨迹保持能力方面差别不大,纵向动力学性能方面AFS明显优于DYC.

Abstract:In order to study the active control methods to improve the crosswind stability of high-speed vehicle, we established the eight degrees of freedom nonlinear vehicle dynamic model under crosswind, and two degrees of freedom model based on piecewise linear tire features as the reference model. We designed an Active Front Steering (AFS) controller based on flexible PID control and a Direct Yaw moment Control (DYC) controller based on LQR Optimal control. Comparative analysis of the two kinds of typical operating conditions in two different active control methods for high-speed vehicle crosswind stability control was conducted. The results show that, on driving straight crosswind conditions, DYC on performances of maneuverability, stability, ability to keep track is superior to AFS, but AFS is superior to DYC in longitudinal dynamic; on crosswind front corner condition, AFS and DYC have little difference in the performance of maneuverability, stability and ability to keep track, but AFS is significantly better than DYC.
