激发剂在尾矿固化中的应用研究

摘    要:以采用工业粉状废物为主要原料配制的无水泥固结剂对细粒铁尾矿膏体进行固化处理,以三乙醇胺、氯化钙、水玻璃为激发剂来提高固结剂的活性,重点研究这3种激发剂在单掺或复掺时对固结体抗压强度的影响。结果表明,激发剂单掺时,水玻璃的激发效果要明显优于三乙醇胺和氯化钙,水玻璃掺量为0.75%时,其激发效果最好,固结体7d抗压强度比不掺激发剂时提高了29%;水玻璃与三乙醇胺复掺时的激发效果最优,当水玻璃掺量为0.75%、三乙醇胺掺量为0.035%时,固结体7d抗压强度达到1.4MPa,比单掺水玻璃时提高了16%。

Abstract:Fine paste tailings were cemented by a cement-free consolidation agent prepared from industrial powder wastes, using triethanolamine, calcium chloride and sodium silicate as activators to improve the activity of solidifyng agent, and the effects of the 3activators used alone and in combination on the mechanical properties of solidified body were studied. The results show that, when activators are added alone, the activation effect of water glass is significantly better than that of triethanolamine and calcium chloride. When the dosage of sodium silicate is 0.75%, the activation effect is the best with the 7d compressive strength of solidified body having increased by 29% when compared with that of doping without activator. And the effect of sodium silicate and triethanolamine in combination is optimal. When the dosages of sodium silicate and triethanolamine are 0.75% and 0.035%, respectively, the 7d compressive strength of solidified body reaches 1.4MPa, having increased by 16% when compared with that of single-doping with sodium silicate.
