不同变质程度肥煤的比较研究

摘    要:对不同变质程度肥煤的煤质指标、胶质层指数、基氏流动度和奥亚膨胀度进行分析,并对其单种煤成焦光学组织特征进行比较。结果表明,不同变质程度的肥煤具有明显不同的煤质特征,低变质程度肥煤具有高挥发分、高流动度和高膨胀的特点,单种煤成焦光学组织以细粒镶嵌结构为主;高变质程度肥煤具有低挥发分、低流动度和低膨胀的特点,单种煤成焦光学组织以粗粒镶嵌结构为主。

Abstract:Fat coals with different coal ranks were analyzed in coal quality, plastometric indices, Gieseler fluidity and Audibert-Arnu dilation, and their single-coal coking optical textures were compared. The results show that fat coals with different coal ranks are different in coal quality. While low rank fat coal is of high volatility, high fluidity and high inflation whose single-coal coking optical texture is mainly fine mosaic structure, higher rank fat coal is of lower volatility, lower fluidity and lower inflation whose single-coal coking optical texture is mainly coarse mosaic structure.
