Observation of the Courageous and Effective Administration of the CPC from Great Victory over Resistance of "SARS"

The wise leadership of the Communist Party of China is the decisive factor for the great victory over " SARS". The CPC demonstrates the extraordinarily courageous and effective administration in leading the people fighting against "SARS" in the following aspects: having the situation well in hand and tackling it decisively; practising the "Theory of Three Representatives" by the Party organizations at various levels and playing effective roles; risking the dangers and plunging themselves into the "SARS" battle; the important measures taken by the Party during "SARS"resistance of establishing the emergency managerial system; perfecting the precautionary measures and reforming the implementation of the administration, above of which show the Party's brilliant leadership and superb level of administration.
