| Abstract: | The paper studies the principal-agent relation existing in the library, by using the adverse selection, moral risk and other methods, tries to find a method for solving the negative influence on the library work brought about by the principal-agent relation caused by information asymmetry, and puts forward some suggestions on improving the library work. |
