从武器系统效能概念入手介绍了目前评估武器系统效能的各种方法，指出了它们各有其适用性和局限性，并依据灰色系统理论建立了一种改进的评估方法：层次一灰色分析法，描述了利用该方法进行评估的基本步骤。通过给出一个灰色评估案例，验证了层次．灰色分析法的正确性和实用性。该方法能克服现有一些方法的局限性，可以提高效能评估的有效性及精确度，供有关研究人员和决策部门参考。

Study on effectiveness evaluation methods of weapon systems

Commencing with the concept of weapon system effectiveness, several effectiveness evaluation methods of weapon system are summarized and some localization and applicability of current effectiveness evaluation methods are indicated. An improved effectiveness evaluation method,namely,hierarchy-grey analytic method is proposed based on the grey system theory and the basic steps of hierarchy-grey analytic method for evaluation are described, which the exactitude and the utility of this method is proed by the given grey evaluation example. Overcoming a few limitations of some evaluation method, hierarchy-grey analytic method can improve the validity and the precision of effectiveness evaluation and it is of some reference value to the related research and decision departments.
